Condolences and thanks to the rest of you who entered the contest. And thanks to everyone for all the wonderful comments, reviews, mention, discussions, complaints (okay, maybe those weren't so wonderful...) etc, that made up this blog tour. It's been great, and spawned at least two and maybe three Blog Tour Spinoff ideas for posts that should show up in coming days.
